SHIPPING
& HANDLING
We offer free UPS ground shipping within the continental US. Returns
will incur a $15 fee to be deducted from the refund amount. To inquire
about placing an international order please contact us at customerservice@tylucasbaby.com.
Shipping
time frame is based on processing time, plus shipping time. It
typically takes 2 days to process an order and 3-5 business days
from the date they were shipped to arrive.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days from the
day the merchandise is received. The item(s) must be in new, unused
condition with the original tags and/or packaging. Any item(s)
deemed "used" will be ineligible for return or exchange*.
All returns or exchanges must have been purchased from www.tylucasbaby.com
and be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Email us
at customerservice@tylucasbaby.com
to be issued a Return Authorization number and for return shipping
instructions. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive return
information and then 5-7 business days for refund or exchange
to be processed once the returned item(s) have been received by
Ty Lucas, LLC.
After the
transaction has taken place you will be notified at the billing
email address listed on your account. Please note that your banking
institution may require additional days to process and post the
transaction to your account. If you are exchanging an item, return
shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is
not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is
due to an error by Ty Lucas, LLC. Ty Lucas, LLC will only return/exchange
items purchased through www.tylucasbaby.com
and a copy of your receipt is required.
*It is Ty
Lucas, LLCs sole discretion to determine if the item(s)
returned have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing
defects.
SALES TAX
All items shipped to addresses in Massachusetts will be charged
Massachusetts sales tax. Recipients of orders shipped to other
states are responsible for complying with state and local tax
laws.
